As soon as the lease is executed, it is important not to just put the lease away and forget about it. The lease will contain several key elements which need to be kept in front of you for action and in some cases, preparation before an action. The simplest way to start this is to re-cook each of the salient elements into plain English. Restate the legal mumbo jumbo and craft a few sentences which best summarize the important points of the topic.
